Plants exhibit intelligence. A touch-me-not stops reacting if you drop the pot it's growing in. Pea seedlings learn Pavlovian responses. And most amazing of all is the chameleon plant, Boquila trifoliolata, a climbing vine that copies the leaves of the tree it's growing on.
